Motion designer
Navisalma Design—Hybrid, Stockholm

We team up with companies to build their brand and product from the ground up. Now we're looking for a Motion Designer to bring them to life.

This is a craft role. You own motion from concept to delivery and work closely with the rest of the team to make sure it lands. You live in After Effects and Figma, know your way around Photoshop and Illustrator, and deliver everything from complex motion systems to small micro interaction animations with the same precision and intent.

What you'll do

Lead motion across work for ambitious companies. Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, and clients — but the motion is yours. Push the quality bar constantly, and bring the team along with you.

What we're looking for

You have a strong portfolio of motion work across brand and digital. You think in stories, not just transitions. You take full ownership—guiding projects from early ideas to final delivery with precision and intent.

Your talent doesn't come with an ego because you understand collaboration is key for sharper ideas. You build trust fast, communicate clearly, and the quality of your thinking speaks before you do.

You actively seek out emerging tools and use them to make the work better—not for the sake of it, but because craft demands it. If you're already exploring 3D, Rive, Cavalry, or writing code on the side, we'd love to know. We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to always be looking.

Navisalma was founded by the former in-house design team of Einride, the same group of people who built the brand, product, systems architecture, industrial design, and marketing. Now we offer that same expertise as an independent studio.
