Navisalma Design — Hybrid, Stockholm

We team up with companies to build their brand and product from the ground up. Now we're looking for a combined Producer/Video Editor to bring them to life.

This is a craft role. You own the workflow from idea to export and work closely with the rest of the team to make sure a perfect delivery. You work in Adobe Premiere, know your way around Davinci Resolve, and deliver everything from social media to longer formats.

What you'll do

Own the video production workflow for ambitious companies. Collaborate closely with designers, DOPs, agencies, creatives, and clients — but the video workflow is yours. Push the quality bar constantly, and bring the team along with you.

What we're looking for

You have a strong video portfolio across brand and digital. You think in stories, not just transitions. You take full ownership — guiding projects from early ideas to final delivery with precision and intent. You have led the production of projects many times before and know how to turn problems into solutions. Your talent doesn't come with an ego because you understand collaboration is key for sharper ideas. You build trust fast, communicate clearly, and the quality of your thinking speaks before you do.

Employment

The employment is a temporary employment covering a paternity leave, spanning from the beginning of November until May.

Navisalma was founded by the former in-house design team of Einride, the same group of people who built the brand, product, systems architecture, industrial design, and marketing. Now we offer that same expertise as an independent studio.
